Rooming List Form

The hotel rooming list form must be submitted no later than Friday, May 19. Any rooms not identified with a name(s) will be released and returned to the hotel’s general inventory for general sale. Advisers, please check the room cancellation policy with your respective hotel so you don’t incur any penalties. You can find the rooming list form here.

Conference Housing Policy

It is important that all NASC conference attendees select the official conference hotel(s) as their first choice when making reservations. Doing so helps everyone by keeping hotel costs and registration fees to a minimum. When attendees stay outside of the hotel block, NASSP/NASC is put at risk to fall short of its room commitment negotiated with the hotel(s) and becomes liable for attrition (a financial penalty). Ultimately, such penalties result in higher fees and costs that increase attendee costs. Not relying on the formal conference block impedes group negotiating power in securing favorable hotel rates and fees.

Attendees who live more than 30 miles from the conference site (Derry, NH) and choose not to stay in an official conference hotel will be assessed an additional fee of $75.00 per registration in order to register for the NASC National Conference. The fee must be paid at the same time of registration.

If the official conference hotels are full when attempting to make reservations, the school/conference adviser or a state director must notify Tammy Wightman at wightmant@nassp.org or 703-860-7286 of the situation. At that point, NASC will make every attempt to find an alternate hotel for the attendees who cannot be housed at the official hotels. Overflow hotels will not be confirmed until the current contracted hotels are sold out.
